The rooftop bar could use more atmosphere to draw in guests!!! Limited room service options felt disappointing, especially lacking salad varieties and nearby dining choices!!!

We had an amazing time exploring Tokyo during our stay! The spacious room was a hit with my granddaughter, and the friendly staff made our breakfast feel special every day. The hotel's convenient location made it easy for us to visit the nearby parks and attractions.
My kids wished for more family-oriented activities available at the hotel.

Spacious accommodations with a very comfortable bed made for a pleasant stay. The well-stocked amenities, including bath salts and herbal sheets, added a luxury touch. However, the outdated carpet and musty closet smell were notable downsides, making the room feel less fresh than expected. The lack of a washlet and limited maid service also fell short compared to other hotels. Overall, a good experience despite some maintenance issues.

The stay was very pleasant with a beautiful, spacious Corner Deluxe Room King. The complimentary mini-bar was a nice touch, refilled daily with refreshments. The staff were exceptionally friendly, assisting efficiently with any requests I had. Additionally, the sound insulation from the busy road outside was impressive. The hotel offered great amenities that catered to a business traveler’s needs.
The mattress was extremely firm, which may not suit all preferences.

Fantastic stay with top-notch service
I had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, complete with a fabulous shower that felt like a warm waterfall. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure our stay was memorable. However, the complimentary drinks had some unclear fees associated with them at checkout, which took me by surprise.

Had a fantastic trip with friends! We visited the stunning Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden and checked out the cool shops in Akihabara. The rooms were clean and spacious. The complimentary mini-bar was refilled daily. The welcome chocolate box was a nice touch, and the staff was super friendly!
One downside was that the location was a bit far from most attractions. We had to rely on the subway, which required more planning.

Request extra toiletries before your stay since they only provide for two, even if more are staying. The amenities are otherwise great!
